ok work, but careless During a maintennce and filter change, the Keller repairman neglected to reconnect a drain tube, resulting in a (finished) basement flood. After a major hassle and major time commitment on my part, they paid for the water clean up, but refused to pay for the plumber who figured out what caused the flood, AND refused to pay for the carpet that was damaged.
